At The Mind 360 we believe in having a 15 minute free call on Zoom for us to get to know each other and for you to decide if NLP and its techniques are right for you. It is important when working with these techniques that the client is comfortable with the practitioner and the practitioner with the client in order to ensure the best, lasting results are achieved.

What does Hypnosis feel like?
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind similar to day dreaming. During Hypnosis you can hear everything that is being said and are able to move and come out of this trance state as and when you please. This is why it is called a do with and not a do to process.
When will Hypnosis not be appropriate?
As a general rule, hypnosis is not recomended for the following:
- Depressive Illnesses
- Psychosis
- Psychiatric Disorders
- Epilepsy
Are sessions held online, face-to-face or in combination?
All of the above depending on the needs of the client.
Are sessions in a group setting or one-to-one?
We prefer private one-on-one sessions but do offer group sessions for Smoking and Weight loss, if required.
If I need to deal with Grief, do I need to "relive" that grief?
Time Line Therapy™ Techniques are used to heal emotions without subjecting the client to extended reliving of a painful memories.
